My Thoughts/My CP Theories: Another Teen Beach Movie Takeover

Photo from the Club Penguin Wiki
Photo from the Disney Wiki

Hello everyone! It's me Dylan and I'm back for another My Thoughts post! This time though, it's also a My CP Theories post because in this post I will be talking about a theory and giving my thoughts on it. Let's start off with the theory: In late 2013, as you might recall, Club Penguin had a Teen Beach Movie Summer Jam in celebration of their (what was then) recent film, Teen Beach Movie. In my opinion it was a pretty good party, although the timing was a little off considering it's a summer movie and the party was in August. . .

Anyway, as I said, it was a pretty good party. You could meet main characters McKenzie and Brady, the rooms had great decorations, there were great items. . . I could go on and on. Although some people didn't enjoy it for various reasons. Now, in April of 2014 a sequel to Teen Beach Movie (Teen Beach 2) was announced. The theory here is the idea that Club Penguin might do another takeover for it, like they did for Star Wars. There were two takeovers: The Star Wars Takeover and the Star Wars Rebels Takeover.

Next, let's discuss what I think about this theory. In my opinion, this wouldn't be a good idea, but my reasons why I can only confirm when I see the film. My reasons are that all the rooms would be decorated the same, the characters you can meet would be the same, it would practically be a duplicate of the 2013 Summer Jam. Now you're probably wondering why I would think that since it's a different movie. Well, it's because (when you think about it) most Club Penguin parties/takeovers don't focus much on the storyline of the event. They focus on the items you can get, the quests you can go on, etc. I'm not saying that's necessarily a bad thing, but in this case that might make everything be the same as the 2013 Summer Jam. The reason I said I can only confirm this when I see the film is because the film might not take place in the same place, it might have different characters, I can't really know until I see it.

Now for the question you've all been waiting for the answer to: Do I think there should be a Teen Beach 2 Club Penguin party? The answer is no. But if things are with different characters, there's a different setting, etc then yes, I think they should have another one. I just don't want a 2015 Summer Jam to be similar to the 2013 Summer Jam. Thank you all for reading, we'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments section. I'd like to thank the Disney Wiki and the Club Penguin Wiki for providing pictures and information used in this post. Thanks again for reading, and we'll see you all next time!

My Thoughts: Muppets World Tour Party

Hey guys, it's me Woddylan, but call me Dylan because nobody pronounces Woddylan right =P Alright, at this point you might not even know me, but yes, I am a qualified member of the Imagineers. I was the fourth member added to the team (if you count our founder who is no longer in the team). Anyways, I came up with a ton of scenes you see in the CP Imagineers Show, I started the @CPImagineers Twitter account (it was also my idea), as well as starting just about every series on this blog, including "My Thoughts", "Woddylan's Journal", "My CP Theories", and others. I started advertisements on the site and set up a ton of programs as well. Anyways, nobody needs to hear those full background stories. Today I'm continuing a series of mine called "My Thoughts" where I give my opinion about something happening or going on on the island of Club Penguin. Before we head off to that, there's one last thing. The reason I haven't posted for a long time is because I've had a deep interest in another game. I still love Club Penguin though, don't worry. Alright, sorry about that. Here we go!

Today I will be writing my opinion on the Muppets World Tour party. This party is pretty cool, at least I believe. Here are some pictures of what's going on.

Above you see only three of the things you can do at this awesome party. First of all, I think the idea of having each room get its own country theme is awesome. This helps celebrate many different cultures as well as have tons of fun in a Muppets themed event. Back to the photos, in the first photo it shows Kermit the Frog introducing you to the wonders of the party's events. I think this is a cool new thing Club Penguin is doing, with mascots introducing you when you log on during a party. It gives you a brief idea of what the party will be like, and what types of awesomeness you can expect. In this second photo, there is a fun little mission you can do, which takes place in the Clothes Shop, or the "Museum", whichever you prefer. Anyways, you can find various jewels in the room, and then meet with the one and only Constantine. He apparently has more plans, which will of course lead in to the movie, but maybe Club Penguin too. I like how instead of just earning a background, you can also talk with Constantine. In the last photo, you just see a photo of one of the themed rooms, which I believe is France. Club Penguin really paid attention to detail. Before I end up this long post, I would just like to mention something. I like how in this party (but they've also done it in other parties) if you leave the party and come back another day there will be something new, so it's never just standing around doing nothing after you've unlocked everything. I think this has been a long enough post (sorry about that), so I'm going to end it here by saying that this party is unique and definitely one epic party. Peace!

My Thoughts: Dino Puffles & Igloo Backyards

Hey there, penguins! Woddylan here with a brand new post of My Thoughts! If you don't know what My Thoughts is, it's where I choose a new, trending topic in Club Penguin that I think would be interesting to share my thoughts on.

Today I'm going to be discussing Dino Puffles and Igloo Backyards. Let's begin with Dino Puffles.
Dino Puffles were released last Thursday, along with the second Prehistoric Party. Every day or two you can get a new Dino Puffle. When you get a Dino Puffle, their eggs have to be hatched first. There is a very unique way to do this. This is not a walkthrough, but you bring the Dino Puffle egg to the Volcano (an awesome new selection of rooms for the Prehistoric Party) and put the egg on the hottest rock 3 times. Each time will put a crack in it. On the third crack, you get your Dino Puffle! It's a very unique process and I like it a lot. The graphics of the Dino Puffles are amazing = Each one is very unique. Dino Puffles can also dig up Prehistoric themed things, which is a very nice touch. I've gotten a few furniture items as well as some clothing items such as the Archaeologist Outfit. There's really nothing not to love about these new prehistoric Puffles. They even have their own Puffle Digging animation!

Now let's discuss Igloo Backyards.
Igloo Backyards - they are a great new feature. You can now store up to 40 puffles. There is a ? button, so if you don't know what it is, it will tell you. The backyard is realistic in the way that they have the same background as your igloo. When your puffles are in the backyard, their status always stays the same. That's a nice feature right there. There's really nothing more to say - January has been a great month for Club Penguin.

What do you think I should discuss next?

My Thoughts: My Penguin 1.2

Hey there, My Penguin 1.2 is simply epic. Here are some pictures:

Sorry that there aren't many pictures, but I was just having too much fun to take them!!! Let's start of with Bean Counter(s). The game is okay, but the only difference between it and the computer version is the graphics are updated. Computer version is easier in my opinion for this game. Now, onto Jetpack Boost. Yes, there are levels in different parts of the island, and you are collecting coins, but other than that, Jetpack Boost is VERY different from Jetpack Adventure. It's more fun and easier in my opinion. It's also very addictive. I love that game!

Another new thing added to the update is you can go to almost any catalog, which is really awesome. Oh, and please keep in mind, I won't talk about every little feature in this update.

Now, what you've all been waiting for, igloos on the go. You can now decorate igloos from your iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4,  or iPad Mini (I have the iPad Mini)! The "Likes" feature has also been added. Plus, you can get yourself an exclusive "Beach Party Igloo" from the Furniture Catalog (you would think it would be in the Igloos catalog, LOL), which is super cool. Not only that, but the 3D penguin avatars are TOO COOL!!

My Penguin has quite a few glitches, but that's alright considering how hard it must of been to make all this. My Penguin 1.2 is AWESOME.

Woddylan

My Thoughts: New Everyday Phoning Facility Look

As you know from Ocean6100's spectacular post, the EPF (Everyday Phoning Facility) has been renovated, as it used to be broken down. Although recently a donut who had a small obsession with the EPF rebuilt the building very nicely, but then an agent ate that donut for lunch, poor donut! Anyways, here is a picture of it on a popular server:
What I like about this room on popular servers is that people actually use it as a functional room, if you know what I mean. There are many rooms that just get abandoned on popular servers, but this one people have the fun of acting as if this is a real facility, which I enjoy well!

Here is the room on a non-popular server:
It's just me, sitting alone, on that server. If you look very closely all the computers are on a CP minigame. One of them is even on the old CP homepage! That's creative. I don't think workers should be playing at work, though! If you hover your mouse over the phone logo in the top middle of the room, it switches to the EPF logo, and if you waddle to it, you go into the EPF! The EPF still isn't finished, but hopefully another donut finishes it!! I absolutely love this room. There's so much detail in it! It looks like a real facility, and a fancy one too! Everything looks so realistic, and it's just amazing!

2 in 1 Post! My Thoughts: Puffle Digging, and Star Wars Ships!

Hello there, guys! It's me Woddylan! Today I'm back with another kind of post I've never done before, a 2 in 1 post! Here are the two topics:

  • My Thoughts: Puffle Digging
  • Star Wars Ships
Let's do the My Thoughts: Puffle Digging one first. Note that I forgot to take pictures, I am sorry about that.

So, as you probably know, Puffle Digging is out now. In my opinion, it's pretty cool, but there are some people who don't like it because it gives "rare" items. Here is what I got so far from it:
  • Red Lava Lamp
  • Black Puffle Poster
  • Red Puffle Poster
  • Treasure Chest
  • Mexican Vase
  • Black Pirate Cap Thingy
  • Umbrella Hat

There was only two things in there I didn't already have - the Mexican Vase and the Treasure Chest. Those do look like some pretty cool items! This is a great feature. Even though it gives you "rare" items, Club Penguin balanced it out because it is quite hard to actually find items. Tell us YOUR thoughts in the comments down below!

Now, to the second part of the post. This will be very short.

If you look out from the Beacon telescope, you will see the Death Star and some other ships for the new Star Wars Takeover. You can also see them in the sky in rooms such as the Beach and Town.
When you look at it from the beacon, there is a red flashing light, which looks a lot like the one from Rockhopper's Quest..

Let us know if you liked this post or not and why in the comment section below!

My Thoughts: Club Penguin Cheats Blogs

Hello there, penguin pals! It's me, Woddylan, back for another My Thoughts post! Before we begin, I would like to mention that from now on on these My Thoughts posts, YOU get to decide what the topic is! Leave it in the comments below! Whichever gets the most comments will be chosen! If there is just one comment with one topic, that's going to be the topic! If there are no comments, I will choose the topic myself. Also, this My Thoughts post sadly will not have any pictures.

Well, well, well, we all now that there are like hundreds of Club Penguin Cheats blogs. Well, that makes it so it's not very unique. You go to tons of different Club Penguin sites to see what's different between them, and there isn't anything except maybe the graphics! I have to admit, they do have stuff that is very helpful, but there should be some more creative blogs out there! Like my blog, The CP Igloo Reviewer, I don't post cheats there, I post igloo reviews, and other igloo related stuff! Don't you get bored, seeing all different sites with all the same stuff? By writing this post I don't mean to sound offensive to those Club Penguin Cheats blog owners, I'm just stating my opinion. The community of Club Penguin blogs needs to have blogs that are totally different from each other! Also, sometimes they spoil things that were/are to happen along with Club Penguin's weekly updates! I know this blog is a cheats blog, but I joined this for two reasons. 1: 3 of my best (online) friends were on it. And 2: I want this blog to not just be cheats. I post reviews of things, my opinions, and write stories on this blog all related to Club Penguin. Can't more CP blogs be like that? I just don't understand it.

What did you think? Let us know in the comments below!

My Thoughts: Club Penguin MU Takeover (and walkthrough)

Alright, alright. Let's do the walkthrough first. So, here is a shop, where you can buy items with your points (which I'll get on to later). There will be new items each week.
Here is the stadium area of the campus which I believe you can get to from the Snow Forts.
Here is the main campus, which can be found by walking to the archway on the left in the last room I showed you.
Here is the dark and spooky Scaring Program room!
Here is the Town, just another decorated room :)
Here is the Coffee Shop, that looks very monstrous!
Here is the Plaza. Ooh, that Puffle has fangs!!
Oh yeah, this is the perfect hangout spot for all the cool kids. It was the Pizza Parlor, but now it's called , "The Growl"!
Here is the Scare Games team selection. Everybody can get a free colored hat for whatever team they join. I chose to join team PNK.
Here is what it looks like when you are in the Scare Games. You have to go over obstacles, and make sure that the mechanical penguin doesn't wake up. The bar below the penguin shows how long before they wake up, so be quick!!
So, for doing that, you can earn points. The points can get you those items, or just save them up for your team! On July 6th we will figure out which team wins. So far OK is first, then ROR, then PNK, and last but not least, JOX. I wanted to help PNK first of all because pink is my favorite color, and second of all, they aren't doing so well, so I want to give them a hand :)
Above this text are six new emotes. That's a lot! If you use the emote with the scary face next to a penguin, it will get you a point!

Now, on to the "My Thoughts" part. This is a really cool party. I love the fact that there are 6 new emotes, as there are usually just 3. I love the way the Scare Games work, but there's just one thing with that. I've seen the movie, and I don't want to spoil anything, but that is not the only thing they do in the Scare Games, so they could have made it a little more like the movie. I also like the fact that you can switch teams at any time, if you decide another team looks better. I also love that the catalog items change each week, because if they didn't then it would be the same old party every single day, with no changes. There was actually one place I forgot to show you, which was the houses for the teams, but you can check that out for yourself :) I would give this party 4 and a half stars. Coming from me, that's VERY good. Now let's go and scare!
P.S. Me and Ocean6100 aren't just on our own teams, we are also on a team together called team Imagineers!

My Thoughts: Puffle Digging and 400th Issue of Club Penguin Times

Hello there, penguin pals! It's me, Woddylan! One of the 4 co-owners of Club Penguin Imagineers! I am really excited to be a part of this epic site. You might know me from my other Club Penguin blog, The CP Igloo Reviewer. If you don't know me from that blog, you should check out that blog! Wow, I just said blog a lot of times. Alright, on with the post (my first post on this site) :)

So, I will be doing a post series called "My Thoughts" on this site. This is where I don't give cheats for things on Club Penguin, but I post on what I think of them. Two different things. So we will have the cheats posts also, but this is just what I think of them.

So today I have two topics. The 400th issue of the Club Penguin Times and Puffle Digging. I hope you enjoy!
So let's begin with the 400th issue of The Club Penguin Times. There were two things for it - A very short article for it in the Club Penguin Times, and Aunt Arctic came to visit for the day. That's not very decent, at least in my opinion. I think that maybe a good suggestion for them. If your only going to make one article (not counting Ask Aunt Arctic) for the 400th issue, you should at least make it at the top of the page so everybody can see. Also, they could maybe add balloons around the pages of the newspaper, to be a little more decorative. And let's say you saw Aunt Arctic for that one day, and you didn't hear why she was visiting. Then when she was talking in-game, you would be like "What in the world is she talking about??". They could have decorated let's say the Coffee Shop, as that is usually one of the most popular rooms for Aunt Arctic to go in. At least a banner? That was a long part of the post, so let's get on to the next topic, Puffle Digging.

Puffle Digging is a great new feature. You can dig up coins with your puffle! But most of the time you get 40 coins or lower, which makes it seem that it's not worth doing. Also, it's very hard to actually find coins, and then if you finally find some, there's a chance that it's a very low amount! Also, it was recently confirmed that starting this July, you could dig up "rare" items! And if they mean rare as in the items you can get from Sushi Drop, well, bad luck for me. You know, Club Penguin is starting to bring back these "rare" items a lot! And they are extremely rare! I feel sorry for the people who got those items originally, as they were probably proud to be wearing those items, until one day, let's let everybody have those items, said Club Penguin! I'm fine with them giving away old items, but not items that are that rare. I would be fine if it were rare as in 2010 rare. But not any lower than that. The good thing about my outfit is none of the items I wear actually come from the game, so they're probably never going to give them in the game. That's because I got my Club Shirt from the first issue of the Club Penguin Magazine, and I got my Emerald Viking Helmet from the Club Penguin HQ in Kelowna, BC. Anyways, we got a little off topic there. So Puffle Digging is a nice feature, but there could be a few changes with it.

P.S. My penguin's name is regularly pronounced incorrectly, so I'll just tell you how to say it. The first part is Wod, which is pronounced like wad, like a wad of cash. The second part, Dylan, is just like the name Dylan.
