My Penguin iPhone Concepts!

Penguins,

Many of you have asked us for a version of My Penguin that works on iPhone and iPod Touch. As always, we listen and we are working on it… but we need your help!

We're trying to figure out the best way to format the user interface for the smaller iPhone screen. Below are a couple of concepts we are considering. Take a look and let us know what you think would be best?

Hiya,
In the many months we've been doing Penguin of the Day, we've celebrated the achievements of looooads of amazing penguins and given out thousands of coins to special players. However, I started thinking; instead of doing this every day, we should do it less freqently so that we can celebrate each penguin for longer. So I've decided to make a few changes...
Coming soon, I'll be doing... Penguin of the Week! And it's going to be super brill! I can't share too much with you right now, but I promise it'll be mega. I'll be working really hard to make POTW as awesome as possible, so from now on you may see fewer Penguin of the Day posts each week. I'll keep you posted with updates when I've worked it all out...
Let me know if you have any ideas about Penguin of the Week!

Hello Penguins!
The gold puffle has been discovered... Now it's time for members to go out and adopt one!
Wondering where to begin your journey?
First, you'll want to walk one of your puffles to the Pet Shop and buy a Gold O'berry (there's a giant machine with the Gold O'berry bush growing inside!). When your puffle eats the Gold O'berry they'll start digging up gold nuggets! Dig up 15 gold nuggets and you can activate the gold jackhammer in the Gold Mine. Attracted by all those gold nuggets, the gold puffle will emerge from the earth's crust!
Gold puffles are extremely lucky and can dig up more coins and even rare gold items.
Now go forth and discover those puffles!

Hiya!
I've got some exciting news about the UK magazine! First of all, the new issue is out today! It comes with the usual selection of brill codes and gifts... but that's not all! This issue introduces something totally new for our UK players; trophies! Let me explain...
From now on, all penguins we feature in each issue (in Cadence's Catwalk, Cool Cribs or anywhere else in the mag!) can get an epic virtual trophy item to decorate their igloo, as well as a cool postcard (and a whole bunch of coins)! Check them out below! You might notice that if a penguin is featured 3 times, they would get a mega brill gold trophy! This is a super rare item and I can confirm that it looks really special in an igloo! :)
Congrats to FishandfriesMutley8694 and Pinkyisobel7 for being the first winners of the gold trophy! :D
For more info on trophies, you can check out the new issue of the mag!

Club Penguin Times issue #421

Check out this week's issue of the Club Penguin Times!

GOLD PUFFLES DISCOVERED!
The first gold puffles are erupting from the Gold Mine.

By PH -- It's official! Gold puffles are here and members can adopt them! Crikey, this is the biggest discovery since the rainbow puffle!

Isn't this wild? We've finally tracked down the gold puffles. Finding one isn't as easy as adopting a puffle from the Pet Shop though. These guys are deep underground, and you'll need to use the gold jackhammer to get them. Here's how it's done:

Members--head to the Pet Shop with a puffle and buy them a gold O'berry. Once they've had that sparkling snack, take your pet on a walk to find gold nuggets!

When you collect 15, go to the newly opened Gold Mine. Use the gold jackhammer to find your gold puffle.

It's been quite the journey finding them, so I hope you enjoy these shiny sidekicks!

NEWSFLASH

A stolen coin-operated dial was replaced on the gold O'berry machine. Report any tips to the paper.

Happiness - Make your puffle happy by playing hide-and-seek, exploring, and treasure hunting.
Personality - Energetic and lucky, this puffle wants to work hard and play hard.
Food - Their favorite foods are chocolate coins wrapped in gold foil, but they also like hearty foods like pizza.
Toys - Gold puffles love their golden toys and digging. And anything shiny!
Care - Give them a nice bath in gold dust to keep them shiny and clean!

We... are the amazing, wonderful, talented, awesome, CP IMAGINEERS!

As you probably know, this blog just finished it's renovations for The Imagination Renovation. This blog has come a long way and we would like to thank you guys for helping us, it wouldn't be the same without you guys.

Bobby 123 Ab, the founder of this site had not been playing Club Penguin for a long while, nor being on Twitter or being active on his blog, Bobby At CP. In early June of 2013, he got back together with his friends, Ocean6100 and Mountain717, bringing with him the idea to create this blog. They worked together, and right before the blog was released, they hired another great friend, Woddylan, a.k.a. Dylan. They opened the blog soon after on June 21, when Dylan had the idea of making a Twitter account for the site, to gain in popularity, and to answer fans' questions as quick as possible. The blog soon grew. Dylan added a ton of pages and series' to the site to make it more unique. The blog was growing very quickly. A small while after the site was released, Ocean6100 direct messaged JordyP1, an amazing, popular, artist, asking if she wanted to join the team. She asked for a while to think about it, and we gave her that while. Eventually Woddylan asked the same question to Jordy, and she decided to take the offer. JordyP1 started drawing, Ocean6100 started digitizing. This turned the blog into a unique site that's not only graphics. It was a huge day in Club Penguin Imagineers history. Woddylan continued to write stories, Ocean6100, Mountain717, and Bobby 123 Ab continued to post, and they knew the blog was getting a little boring. And so Woddylan brought up the idea of the Club Penguin Imagineers Helpers Team, a program for people who wanted to help out the Imagineers. They started work on that... and never really got it done. That's when Woddylan brought up another idea. To completely change the blog, add new things, all in one month. He came up with the name, The Imagination Renovation. They announced the closing of the blog, and closed it somewhere between October 5th and October 17th, the scheduled date was October 19 but the Imagineers knew they would probably need the extra time. In October, they added a new header and background to the site. In the beginning of November, things started to go slowly, but the whole team agreed on Woddylan's idea of putting advertisements on the site. They put that on the site, but then work continued to go slowly, but on November 9th, they started working again. Jordy made an amazing drawing/digitization of the Imagineers in winter time, and Ocean took that and made a header for the site. It fit very nicely. Then Woddylan finished up the promised CP Imagineers Helpers Team apply page. Ocean started to work on the final thing needed to be done for the Imagination Renovation, and finished the day after. Instead of using the due date of November 30th, the Imagineers then re-opened the blog at 10:00 AM PST on November 10, 2013. And that's where we are now.

Updates of The Imagination Renovation
